Question by Kate: After cooking pasta how do you make it juicy? After eating someone elses pasta I'm always left wondering what I do wrong. How do they make it so moist. Do they use evoo or marg after cooking it. How do you cook your pasta? Thanks in advance!

Add a little drop of oil in the water before cooking, and don't over cook. When the water is boiling, switch the heat off and leave the pan covered for about 10 minutes. it should finish the cooking for you.
